a time ago 

her blue ink 

had purple tendencies.

Cursive print 

once she verbed

her whisper

Her window view 

of herself loops

an eccentric dark depth

inside her third person story.

Her last song has lyrics 

combined in dialect to phrase

frame her life’s

length in piano chords gone

we live and we die

but our love is forever;

Let’s use Now to make it stronger –

Keep looking up!

Hope is a colorful balloon

floating above us

It reminds us of our dreams 

Reach up and keep chasing!
